Ana is a student of Energetic and Spiritual Healing studying Polarity Therapy and Shamanic traditions to support mind-body-spirit integration.
Through the integration of therapeutic sound, using tuning forks, crystal bowls, and shamanic drumming into medicine sessions, Ann helps elicit a deeply transformative and healing
experience for every participant.
Ann enjoys the practice of yoga, qigong, running and resistance training as well as time spent in the kitchen cooking farm-to-table meals with family and friends.
Ana has a background in Nutrition and experience with chronic fatigue and burnout…
